About Abbey Westlake

Born and raised in Collingwood, ON Abbey grew up skiing on the slopes of Blue Mountain and Osler Bluff Ski Club and sailing on the waters of Georgian Bay. She now lives on the “Tree Streets” with her husband Andrew Peycha whom is a local Artist and their son Rory. Abbey had been in real estate since 2012 and works with her mom and business partner Laurie Westlake

About Laurie Westlake

I am proud to be a Collingwood local with deep ties to the area dating back to my childhood at the Osler Bluff Ski Club. I grew up in Toronto’s Kingsway area then my family made the pivotal decision to move to Collingwood permanently solidifying my connection to this vibrant community.

My husband Ron and I consider ourselves so lucky to have been able to raise our daughters, Abbey and Carley, here. We spend as much time with them and their respective spouses, Andrew and Greg, along with our fantastic grandchildren, Rory and Ari.

In my 24 years in real estate I have had a lot of satisfaction guiding clients through the intricacies of buying and selling homes, and fostering many enduring friendships along the way.
